Property Loss and/or Damage Agreement
I, the undersigned, acknowledge my responsibility for returning
the items rented to me by Winthrop
Mountain Sports and North Cascades Mountain Guides. Furthermore,
I hereby agree to return these items
in similar working order to the way in which they were
loaned to me. In the event of loss or damage to the
items listed above, I agree to pay for their repair or
replacement.
